Shipping FAQ

How much will it cost to ship my order?  We offer FREE shipping on order over $50.00,  otherwise it's a flat $9.95.

 Will my order be shipped discreetly?  Yes.   Orders will either be sent in USPS boxes or a plain brown box and does not have any indication of the product type. 

How do I track my order?   You will be emailed a tracking number once your package is shipped out.   You will be able to track its arrival this way.  Please allow up to 24 hours from the order date for tracking information. 

Do you ship outside the United States?   No, we currently do not ship any products outside of the United States of America.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell and to protect the health and safety of our employees only new, unused, unopened items will be accepted. If you discover a problem with your purchase please contact customer service within 5 days of receiving the product for a return authorization number.    

Warranty claims for defective items  are to be process directly through the manufacturer.
